Die Brauerei Schanzenbräu öffnet ihre Tore und zeigt euch alle Stationen des Bierbrauprozesses vom Malz bis zum fertigen Bier. Ihr habt Fragen rund ums Bierbauen? Dann seid ihr bei unserer Brauereiführung mit Tasting genau richtig!

Nach einem Begrüßungsbier starten wir mit einem Überblick über die Anfänge der Brauerei in der Bärenschanzstraße bis hin zum Neubau in Nürnberg-Höfen. Im Anschluss lernt ihr alle wichtigen Bereiche und deren Funktionen in der Brauerei kennen. Jetzt seid ihr bereit für unser Tasting. Hier lernt ihr unterschiedliche Bierstile kennen und verkostet diese.
